I work with a diverse population of individuals and couples in a collaborative approach. I emphasize the therapeutic relationship and offer a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment. I most often use informed dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT) in my therapeutic work.

Informed DBT Skill Training

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a powerful, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, build healthy coping strategies, and improve relationships. Informed DBT Skills Training offers a structured, practical framework for learning essential skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I work with your primary therapist to provide personalized support and guidance as you develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence. Whether you're struggling with emotional overwhelm, impulsivity, or interpersonal difficulties, DBT can help you cultivate balance, resilience, and lasting change. It is important to note that only those participating in individual therapy can participate in DBT Skills Training.
